Future Female 2021-22 Launch Event

✨Celebrating Future Female Leadership✨

Gender disparity remains overt in various fields, from academia to politics, from business to sports. The underrepresentation of women leaders drives a negative cycle for girls and young women who too often lack role models that help break the mould of gender stereotypes. For international students and women from CALD communities, the challenge is even greater. At Future Female, we believe in the power of role modelling and we champion putting the spotlight on women leaders. Through sharing your lived experiences, our students get to peek into a future that may have previously been perceived as unattainable to them. Your hope and advice are also valuable for future female leaders who will carry with us the experience and lessons from Australia.
