Future Forte's Green Pathways series is an engaging three-part online journey designed to empower international students in Melbourne with the tools, insights, and connections to champion sustainability. This unique program opens doors to understanding climate resilience deeply and practically, emphasizing local impacts and actions within the broader framework of global climate challenges.
Future Forte is excited to announce the launch of Green Pathways, a three-part online workshop series aimed at empowering international students in Melbourne with essential knowledge and skills for climate resilience. Starting on November 19th, these interactive workshops will cover critical topics tailored to the unique climate challenges of Melbourne, while also connecting participants to global climate issues. Our goal is to equip students with practical tools and resources, enabling them to actively engage in climate action and explore green job opportunities in the growing sustainability sector.
The workshop series will be led by six enthusiastic young international student leaders, with support from a Climate Change Engagement Specialist. Each session will not only foster a deeper understanding of climate change but will also cultivate a supportive community where students can share insights, experiences, and collaborate on solutions. Participants can expect to leave empowered and informed, ready to make a positive impact on their surroundings and beyond.

SEED Workshop: Understanding Climate Change and Its Impacts in Melbourne
Kicking off our Green Pathways series on November 19th is the SEED Workshop: “Understanding Climate Change and Its Impacts in Melbourne.” This introductory session aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of climate change, its causes, and its specific impacts on Melbourne’s environment.
