Maintaining the proper balance between chasing our professional goals and caring for ourselves is critical for successful outcomes and happiness. As international students, we face additional difficulties in adapting to a new culture and starting a new life away from home. But don't worry! I'm here as a member of this fantastic community to offer some advice that has been valuable for me during this journey.

1. Prioritizing Self-Care:
